Position Summary Job Summary: With direct supervision, assists HR Leaders to coordinate and administer HR programs across the Kearney plant. No direct reports Reports to: HR Leader Responsibilities + Recruitment: full cycle recruitment of salaried roles including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and extending job offers. + Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns. Address employee relations issues effectively and confidently, promoting a positive workplace culture. + Leave Management:Communications with team members on leave management process and actively works with supervisors and team members on return to work. + Performance Management: Supports the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to leaders and team members on performance related matters. + Training and Development:Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to implement relevant training initiatives. + HR Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed. + Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Work with leaders on engagement actions and monitor progress. + HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Work Schedule: This position will primarily support second shift operations with a focused work schedule between the hours of 11:00am - 7:00pm CST or noon - 8:00pm CST.
