General a campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital a bed facility a large multispecialty provider group and visiting nurse services The Greater Manchester Region serves a region of people in townsServe as the primary regionallocal HR contact bridging day to day operational support with broader strategic workforce initiatives Provide hands on guidance in core HR functions including performance management onboarding compliance and policy administration Partner with business leaders and the broader HR team to support a positive colleague experience foster a high performance culture and ensure HR practices align with organizational objectives Leverage HR data and insights to inform decision making support workforce planning and drive continuous improvement across HR processes Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for colleagues ensuring timely resolution of HR related matters while promoting consistency fairness and compliance across the regionFirst point of contact for general HR and workforce development inquiries Discreetly handles confidential correspondence and other documents maintaining confidentiality at all timesProvide support for difficult to fill recruiting efforts targeted hiring campaigns and Position Review Committee processesConduct stay andor exit interviews identify trends and develop action plans to improve retention and engagement in collaboration with HRBP May lead culture and engagement initiatives based on surveystayexit interview insightsPartner with LOD on learning and development needs Align performance management with talent development and retentionAssist HR Business Partners and leaders in the development of job descriptions and organization designSupport with the use of data analytics to monitor and report on key HR metrics such as turnover engagement and retention etcMaintain compliance for licensingcertifications and serve as HR point of contact to support regulatory readiness efforts such as Joint Commission and DPH auditsCoordinate local orientations service recognition events and engagement activitiesSupport onboardingoffboarding activities ndash ie badge issues or collectionsServe as a assignedBachelorrsquos degree required bachelors degree in human resources preferredMinimum of years of HR experience preferredMust be able to read and understand oral and written instruction and effectively communicate information in EnglishBasic knowledge to understand the businesss goals and how HR functions contribute to themAble to read understand analyze and communicate data effectively independently with guidance on more complex situations Involves knowing how to work with data and asking the right questions interpreting results accurately and using data to inform decisionsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to convey information clearly effectively and respectfully using empathy and active listening to connect and collaborate with diverse
