About the Role:
A leading poultry production facility in Marietta, GA is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator (Spanish) to support its Human Resources department. This role will provide comprehensive HR services across multiple functions while ensuring clear communication and engagement with a diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will be people-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Communication:
+ Serve as a liaison between management and bilingual employees.
+ Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
+ Translate and communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
+ Assist with job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding activities.
+ Ensure orientation materials are available in both English and the second language.
Training & Development:
+ Coordinate training programs to ensure accessibility for all employees.
+ Support initiatives that encourage career growth and skill development.
Benefits Administration:
+ Communicate and assist with benefits enrollment in both languages.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding healthcare, retirement, and other programs.
Compliance & Documentation:
+ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
+ Assist with HR audits and ensure forms and policies are accessible to all.
Payroll Support:
+ Answer payroll-related questions and help ensure accurate processing.
Policy Implementation:
+ Support the rollout of company policies and ensure understanding among bilingual staff.
Employee Engagement:
+ Help plan activities and programs that promote inclusion and teamwork.
Qualifications:
+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required).
+ 2+ years of HR experience preferred, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
+ Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
+ Experience in manufacturing, production, or food industry environments is a plus.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Familiarity with HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and ATS.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing employee records and documentation.
• Ability to deliver training and development programs to a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations, including FMLA.
• Experience in fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace environment.
