**Bilingual HR Generalist – Sole On-Site HR Lead** Franklin, TN | Manufacturing Facility (350 Employees) | Full-Time- 6:30am-3pm Mon-Fri Salary: $80,000-85,000k a year A leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is seeking a **Bilingual HR Generalist** to join our Franklin, TN facility. While the title is HR Generalist, this role carries **significant ownership and leadership responsibilities** as the **sole HR presence** supporting approximately **350 employees** across all shifts.
