Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support an on-site manufacturing facility in Millington, TN. This individual will serve as the primary HR presence at the site and partner closely with a remotely based HR Manager. The ideal candidate is hands-on, employee-facing, and comfortable operating independently in an on-site environment.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support
• Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, benefits, and general HR inquiries
• Support employees and managers with Workday-related questions and transactions
• Partner with remote HR leadership on escalations, policy guidance, and site-specific needs
• Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard HR practices

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5-10 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience
• Strong hands-on HR experience in an on-site environment
• Working knowledge of Workday
• Experience supporting employee relations and benefits
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting a manufacturing or plant-based workforce
• Payroll exposure (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work independently as the sole on-site HR representative
