Description Tallahassee-based client is seeking a 3+ year HR Generalist with payroll experience to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll. Responsibilities + Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. + Assisting with the input of payroll details into NetSuite (NS), and reconciliation + Process bi-weekly payroll in NetSuite. + Manage the HR function, hiring documentation, submitting background and drug tests, receiving all documentation, and complying with outside agencies’ requirements. + Assist leadership with meeting summaries and project tracking + Act as the point of contact for HQ HR needs. + Assisting with research, filing, labeling, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate data. + Onboard and offboard employees. + Manage talent acquisition process (create and post job requisitions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, etc.). Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field or minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR/Payroll. + Proficient in Microsoft Office. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation effectively.
