HR Generalist

Your profile: Advanced level of English and Romanian Minimum 6 months tenure in the current role Performance KPIs in target in the past 3 months or minimum 2.0 in CPM for non-agents No written warnings or ongoing disciplinary process Previous experience in HR Operations / HR Administration or a similar role is an advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Willingness to work hybrid (3 days/week)  from our office

 

Your future role: Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding processes in line with Foundever SOPs, including contracts, HR system setup, and induction sessions Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Asset Management, Learning, and other support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding Handle end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring all legal and administrative steps are completed on time Respond to employee and operational requests, including certificates, absences, maternity/childcare leave, and disciplinary documentation Support timekeeping activities and prepare HR-related reports
