Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist supports the HR Manager in coordinating and implementing HR programs across BYU-Pathway Worldwide, with a primary focus on student and intern employment. This role blends day-to-day HR operations with meaningful mentorship and professional development opportunities.

You’ll coordinate hiring processes, support onboarding, and guide a team of 5–10 student HR Assistants in their learning and growth. You’ll also partner with managers to ensure each employee’s experience reflects the care and purpose central to our mission.

We’re looking for an HR professional with a few years of experience — ideally 2–4 — but we also welcome applicants with broader experience who feel connected to our mission and values. The ideal individual is eager to make an impact, keep learning, and grow within a mission-driven organization that values both professional and spiritual development.

Schedule & Location
• Standard office schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Hybrid work model (minimum 3 days per week in the Salt Lake City office).
• Occasional travel (1–3 days per year for training or conferences).
