Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field (completed).
Technical Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, metrics, formulas, charts). English skills required (able to communicate clearly in meetings and emails)Personal Profile:
Strong customer service orientation; approachable and people-focused. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Genuine interest in growing and developing within Human Resources. Preferred: experience with SAP, Oracle, or GPS system Process employee hires, terminations, and changes in the GPS system. Prepare and maintain employee personnel files. Develop and update HR metrics and reports. Administer the Major Medical Insurance program (employee enrollments, terminations, issue resolution, and support). Request and follow up on final payments with Payroll and Accounting. Perform daily floor walks to support employees and maintain HR visibility in operations. Provide administrative and operational support across HR processes.
