+ Process employee hires, terminations, and changes in the GPS system. + Prepare and maintain employee personnel files. + Develop and update HR metrics and reports. + Administer the Major Medical Insurance program (employee enrollments, terminations, issue resolution, and support). + Request and follow up on final payments with Payroll and Accounting. + Perform daily floor walks to support employees and maintain HR visibility in operations. + Provide administrative and operational support across HR processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field (completed). Technical Requirements: + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, metrics, formulas, charts). + English skills required (able to communicate clearly in meetings and emails) Personal Profile: + Strong customer service orientation; approachable and people-focused. + Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. + Genuine interest in growing and developing within Human Resources. + Preferred: experience with SAP, Oracle, or GPS system Howmet Aerospace Inc.
