We are Hiring an HR Generalist!!

Overview:

A well-established nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations at its corporate office. This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, workers’ compensation, and providing backup payroll support for a workforce of approximately 260 employees. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and comfortable in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processesAdminister workers’ compensation claims and follow-upProvide backup support for payroll processingMaintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracySupport HR compliance and employee relations initiativesRepresent the organization with professionalism and care in all interactions

Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have: Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and payrollProficiency in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred; UKG or ADP also acceptable)Experience working with non-profit settingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentProfessional appearance and demeanor

Work Environment:

Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
