\n\t\t\t\t\tThis is a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) position with a duration of 90 business days before conversion.\nThe HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations at Broward Children’s Center’s corporate office in Pompano Beach. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, workers’ compensation, and providing backup payroll support for a workforce of approximately 260 employees. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, and comfortable in a client-facing environment. Experience with Paycom is preferred, though candidates with UKG or ADP experience are welcome. This is an onsite role requiring a composed, well-dressed, and mild-mannered individual who can represent the organization with professionalism and care.

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
