HR Generalist

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for executing core HR processes including onboarding, timekeeping assistance, performance tracking, and policy administration. Lead and manage site-level employee engagement initiatives, including engagement committee, recognition programs and culture-building activities. Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support workforce planning, compliance, and decision-making. Partner with managers and employees to resolve routine HR issues and ensure consistent application of HR policies. Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Education & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment. BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Works independently with confidence and accountability, managing core HR processes with precision and minimal oversight. Working Conditions

Office-based role with regular interaction across departments and some presence on the production floor.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Must be able to navigate office and manufacturing environments safely.

Safety Requirements
