We are Hiring an HR Generalist!!
Overview:
A well-established nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations at its corporate office. This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, workers’ compensation, and providing backup payroll support for a workforce of approximately 260 employees. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and comfortable in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
+ Administer workers’ compensation claims and follow-up
+ Provide backup support for payroll processing
+ Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
+ Support HR compliance and employee relations initiatives
+ Represent the organization with professionalism and care in all interactions
Required Skills & Experience:
+ Must Have: Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and payroll
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred; UKG or ADP also acceptable)
+ Experience working with non-profit setting
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
+ Professional appearance and demeanor
Work Environment:
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
