Insight Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our clients Human Resources team. This mid-level role supports core HR functions including recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ready to jump into HR operations with minimal ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage payroll, time, and attendance in ADP Workforce Now
• Support recruiting efforts for current open roles
• Handle FMLA administration and ensure compliance with leave policies
• Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Approximately 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Experience managing FMLA cases and leave administration
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills • Bilingual in Spanish
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification(s)
