HR Generalist
The Employee Services Generalist provides day-to-day support across a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, policy interpretation, and HR operations. This role partners with managers and employees to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices while promoting a positive workplace culture. The Generalist also supports recruitment and onboarding activities as needed, assists with investigations, and contributes to HR initiatives and process improvement projects that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. 3-4 months of onsite training Hybrid after training (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Employee Relations & Compliance Benefits & HR Operations Policy & Process Support Recruitment & Onboarding (Support Role) HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives Required (Generalist Level): • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience. • Working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred (Sr Level Consideration): • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience. • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and compliance. • HR certification strongly preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP). • Experience leading investigations, projects, or mentoring junior staff. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr. This position requires that the Employee abide by the Company’s Compliance Plan (including its Standards of Conduct) and all Compliance Policies and Procedures (as listed on the Company’s Intranets or Internet pages under Compliance). This position further requires the Employee to act with the highest standards of integrity and professional ethics. This would include but is not limited to the expectation and requirement that the Employee immediately report any potential Compliance, Security or Privacy, or potential Fraud-Waste-Abuse violations or issues to the Company’s Compliance Officer, Compliance Hotline, and/or to any Officer of the Company Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Los Angeles,CA 91325.
