HR Generalist
Job Title: HR GeneralistJob Description

The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes, including metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management. The role involves liaising with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes, with an emphasis on improving HR practices and processes continually.

ResponsibilitiesImprove HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, and maintenance of standard policies.Partner with HR and functional managers to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business.Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high-performing, effective teams.Assist with Global Mobility initiatives for the corporate population.
Essential SkillsHuman resources expertise.Recruiting and employee relations skills.Bachelor's degree required.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is highly desired.Ability to resolve employee conflicts.Strong administrative skills.

This position is based in a manufacturing company in Carson, CA. The work environment is dynamic and involves collaboration with various HR and leadership teams. The role requires engagement with global mobility initiatives and active participation as a change agent to support business priorities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carson, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
