HR Generalist
Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Pasadena, California. Responsibilities: • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth enrollments, updates, and terminations. • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations while adhering to company policies. • Assist in creating, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures. • Support employee engagement efforts and facilitate performance management activities. • Maintain accurate employee data and personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. • Address employee relations matters professionally, conducting investigations as necessary. • Coordinate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth. • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues efficiently. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. • Strong understanding of California labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms such as Paycom or BambooHR. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
