What You’ll Be Doing

 

Partner closely with production leaders to advise on employee relations, team development, and retention strategies.

Support hiring and onboarding of hourly production staff—from job posting and interviews to new hire orientation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies while maintaining accurate employee records.

Champion employee engagement by organizing recognition programs and collaborating with local stakeholders.

Lead local HR operations including absence management, benefits support, and handling sensitive employee cases with care and discretion.

What We're Looking For

 

Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field or 5+ years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of degree.

1–3 years of experience in an HR or similar role, preferably in a production or industrial setting.

Strong relationship-building and coaching skills, with the ability to earn trust and influence at all levels.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with solid understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.

Confidence navigating HR systems, handling employee inquiries, and supporting training and engagement initiatives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000- $80,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
