Growing global Supply Chain consulting firm is looking for a strong HR Generalist to join the team!
Position Overview
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the full scope of human resources operations. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, people-first environment and influence every area of HR—from culture and performance management to international assignments and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & University Recruitment
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various functions.
+ Develop and execute recruitment strategies, with a focus on campus hiring and early-career talent.
+ Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.
+ Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
+ Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, post roles, and evaluate candidates.
+ Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
+ Coordinate travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates.
Global Mobility
+ Support domestic and international relocations and immigration processes.
+ Liaise with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with global mobility policies.
+ Guide employees through visa and work permit processes and other relocation needs.
+ Prepare international assignment agreements.
Payroll Support
+ Serve as backup payroll processor to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
+ Support payroll audits, compliance efforts, and employee inquiries regarding compensation.
Generalist Responsibilities
+ Act as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
+ Support onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
+ Assist with employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
+ Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation.
+ Conduct investigations involving employee misconduct, harassment, or policy violations.
+ Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and HR policies.
+ Report on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment trends.
+ Support compliance efforts and contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
+ Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned (e.g., audits, process improvements, new program implementation).
Professional Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams); experience with HRIS and ATS preferred.
+ Prior recruiting experience required.
+ Understanding of immigration and visa requirements.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
+ Friendly, proactive, approachable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
