Human Resources Coordinator – Hybrid (3 Days In / 2 Days at Home)

Location: Tulsa
 

We're looking for a motivated HR professional ready to contribute across multiple areas of human resources. This is a fantastic opportunity to build hands-on experience in HR operations, employee support, compliance, and training—all while working alongside an incredible team in a flexible hybrid environment.

What You’ll Do:

Support day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, benefits coordination, FMLA tracking, employee documentation, and compliance reporting

Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers with general HR questions and needs

Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondence related to employment, benefits, training, and government compliance

Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data for internal use and external reporting

Support HRIS data entry, auditing, and report generation

Help coordinate training programs and assist in hosting employee development workshops

Provide administrative support for HR projects, initiatives, and events

Collaborate with vendors, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to support HR programs and services

What You Bring:

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–2 years of experience in HR support, employee services, or a related area preferred

Solid understanding of core HR functions (e.g., employment documentation, benefits, compliance)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with HRIS systems

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication

Basic knowledge of HR reporting, statistics, or data tracking is a plus

A service-oriented mindset and a desire to learn and grow within the field
