The Opportunity 


This position works out of our Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD division name. 

As the HR Generalist  you’ll have the chance to provide support to the business in cluster Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and Regional Office in Kiev to assist and coordinate administrative and project activities and development and coordinating the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide advice and consultancy to the employees concerning the corporate and local HR related topics, process, system.


What You’ll Do 

•    Administration of human resources information systems  (workday, 1C etc)
•    Administration of HR part of payroll 
•    Administration  of employees “life cycle’ (Hiring, onboarding, job change, termination etc)
•    HR reporting 
•    Administration of Performance & Development activities
•    Support of award and recognition process
•    Administration of  life and medical insurance programs for cluster employees
•    Coordination of outsourcing provider
•    HR -related project’ activity

Required Qualifications
•    Higher Education
•    2+ years of HR experience (experience in international company is advantage)
•    Intermediate + in English, Fluency Ukrainian and Russian
•    Efficient computer Skills ( 1C, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Certification and experience in military record  is advantage
