Description
Robert Half’s HR Solutions team is currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join one of our valued clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources professional with 2+ years of direct HR experience who is ready to step into a dynamic environment, wear many hats, and make an immediate impact. The HR Generalist will support daily HR operations and contribute across multiple functional areas including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and eager to grow within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
+ Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee communications
+ Support employee relations efforts by documenting issues and facilitating resolutions in collaboration with HR leadership
+ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
+ Assist with performance review processes and support ongoing employee development programs
+ Help facilitate HR reporting, metrics tracking, and audits
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience with HRIS systems preferred
+ Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
