Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to manage the interviewing and hiring process for our hourly workforce. This role requires sourcing technical talent, conducting intake sessions, reviewing candidate assessments, tracking, analyzing, and reporting related metrics. The HR Specialist will also collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and other internal partners during the hiring process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
