HR Generalist
Job Title: HR SpecialistJob Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to manage the interviewing and hiring process for our hourly workforce. This role requires sourcing technical talent, conducting intake sessions, reviewing candidate assessments, tracking, analyzing, and reporting related metrics. The HR Specialist will also collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and other internal partners during the hiring process. Responsibilities + Source technical talent and conduct intake sessions for candidates. + Review and score candidate assessments. + Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics. + Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other internal partners. + Coordinate training needs for specific client groups. + Provide a range of administrative support for the HR department. + Support employee offboarding transactions. + Scan and file employee documents. Essential Skills + Human resources + Recruiting (hourly) + Onboarding and offboarding processes + Administrative support + HR administration activities Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field + Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative or customer-facing role + Excellent interpersonal skills + Strong problem-solving capabilities + Demonstrated customer service orientation + Previous experience using an ATS for managing requisitions and candidates + Experience in scheduling and navigating calendars + Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information + Ability to perform work accurately and independently + Ability to coordinate and prioritize workload Work Environment The position requires working in the office every day, including being in the plant environment. The role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term position in HR management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
