Job Description

🔎 What will you be responsible for?

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join the Bosch team.

In this role, you will be actively involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of talent acquisition, training and development activities, with a hands-on and results-driven approach.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR team, focused on delivering high-quality support to both Bosch employees and external clients, acting as a true business partner.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the organization, scheduling, and administration of HR activities

Supporting the HRL in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization

Collaborating with various departments to implement HR strategies and projects

Monitoring training KPIs and assisting with reporting activities

Support personnel administration, including contracts, absences, leave management, and termination procedures

Qualifications

🎓 Education
Degree in Human Resources, Economics or related fields.

💼 Experience
At least 3 years of experience in HR roles.

💻 Technical skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

🌍 Languages
Fluency in Italian and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).

🧠 Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across functions

Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
