Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist in Brookfield, WI to join our customer who is a designer and manufacturer of life-safety systems that serve healthcare, senior living, and educational environments. This mid-level role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will play a key role in employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual open enrollment.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
Support performance management processes including reviews and goal setting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
35 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. null
