Our client is seeking a Human Capital Management Generalist to support and enhance the full employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition and payroll to policy development and employee engagement. The Role:

Own full-cycle recruitment across all levelsAdvise leaders on HR best practices, compliance, and performance managementDevelop and update policies and procedures that support business and employee successParticipate in compensation reviews and provide workforce data insightsSupport benefit programs including open enrollment, leave administration, and employee communicationsAssist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and employee compensation statementsCoordinate compliance training (anti-harassment, bias, etc.) and identify development opportunities Utilize Workday to manage HRIS, reporting, payroll, and talent acquisition functions

You:

Bachelor's degree required7+ years of progressive experience in human resourcesStrong background in talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relationsExperience working with or in highly regulated industries; financial services preferredWorkday HCM experience strongly preferred
