HR Generalist
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment within the education industry. Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve employee relations issues by ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization. • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communications. • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data and reporting. • Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating compliance initiatives. • Collaborate with managers and employees to implement HR policies and enhance workplace culture. • Provide guidance and support on HR-related inquiries and challenges. • Develop and deliver training programs to promote growth and compliance. • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational standards in all HR practices. • Assist in performance management processes and employee development planning. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration. • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employment lifecycle management. • Familiarity with benefits administration and related compliance requirements. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
