HR Generalist
Description We are currently on the search for an experience HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and more. Your efforts will play a critical role in ensuring a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities: + Manage employee relations, including resolving concerns, providing guidance on policies, and fostering a positive work environment. + Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employee transitions are seamless and compliant. + Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and claims, ensuring timely and accurate communication. + Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies. + Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data to ensure records are accurate and complete. + Conduct training programs and workshops on topics like workplace policies, diversity, and inclusion. + Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned, including employee engagement activities and process improvements. Requirements Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. + Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist. Skills Required: + Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. + Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills. + Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. + Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. + Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred + Certifications (Optional): PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
