Description This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and communication across the facility. The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with both plant leadership and production employees. Key Responsibilities: + Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS data entry, and compliance + Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related inquiries + Promote and support company culture and employee engagement initiatives + Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures + Assist with coordinating trainings and tracking attendance + Collaborate with safety and operations teams to support plant HR needs + Maintain personnel records and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements Requirements + 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required + Fluency in both English and Spanish is required + Working knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices + Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
