Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee critical human resources functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance, while ensuring employees have a seamless experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for maintaining organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy in time entries, deductions, and tax calculations.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, including paycheck details, deductions, and time-off balances.
• Administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring smooth enrollment and communication.
• Collaborate with vendors and insurance providers to address benefit-related concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal standards.
• Support the performance review process by collecting and analyzing data and collaborating with managers for timely evaluations.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and recommend policy updates as needed.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and prepare detailed reports to aid management in decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for employee training and development to foster growth and productivity. Requirements
+ 5+ years' experience in HR with 2+ years processing payroll.
+ Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably with Paylocity or similar systems.
+ Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
+ Familiarity with HR administration practices, including maintaining employee records and policy implementation.
+ Ability to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
+ Proficiency in generating and analyzing HR reports to support organizational goals.
+ Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities when addressing employee inquiries.
+ Experience with onboarding processes and employee training initiatives.
