ADP is hiring a HRBP Generalist (Temporary)
As a HRBP Generalist you will support the ADP HR Function (Spain) by assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives, providing support on the regular HR activities of the team and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
This role is designed for a proactive HR professional who is looking to gain experience in all facets of human resources within an international and dynamic environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives managed by the HRBP team. Assist in the development and execution of organizational development programs, including talent management and ad-hoc training programs. Assist on the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new associates Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data integrity in HR systems Support compliance monitoring with employment laws and company policies and handle transactional tasks related to the monitoring of the HR procedures, employee moves and HR workflow approvals. Provide support during organizational change initiatives and help communicate updates to all stakeholders. Assist in the analysis and reporting of HR metrics to identify trends and propose solutions that enhance workforce efficiency and engagement Along with the team of Sr HRBPs, assist in addressing employee matters / queries and support conflict resolution initiatives
Specific Experiences / Knowledge
Degree or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role or similar capacity (preferably within multi-national company with experience of working in matrix environments) Fluent in Spanish and English essential Basic understanding of employment laws, HR policies and best practices Familiarity with HRIS systems
