Responsibilities: + Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including creating job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific roles + Source and evaluate potential candidates through online channels, social media, and relevant networks + Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen employer branding and build long-term relationships with talent + Forecast hiring needs and prepare detailed reports to support departmental workforce planning + Provide expert guidance on employment laws, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and effective HR practices + Advise employees on resolving complex workplace issues, offering thoughtful support and solutions + Collaborate with leadership to enhance talent acquisition and management strategies, focusing on diversity and inclusion + Facilitate effective communication across departments + Support campus and corporate recruiting initiatives to attract top talent for the organization Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience + PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus + 2+ years HR experience + ADP Workforce Now experience preferred + Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills + Strong time management skills preferred + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Proactive in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
