Description We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Enoch, Utah. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive employee relations. Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and other relevant platforms, to support daily operations. • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and compliance with regulations. • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring policies are applied consistently and effectively. • Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA and other workplace requirements. • Coordinate recruitment processes, including applicant tracking, screening, and onboarding. • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate records are maintained within Ceridian and Dayforce systems. • Implement HR best practices to enhance organizational processes and employee satisfaction. • Address and resolve employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality. • Prepare reports and analyze HR data to guide decision-making and improve operations. • Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in financial services. • Proficiency with HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce. • Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and compliance requirements. • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including FMLA. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for handling HR data and reports.
