Description
Our client in San Marcos is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to manage a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity to work in an impactful HR role that provides both depth and breadth in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from posting jobs to facilitating onboarding for new hires.
+ Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits inquiries.
+ Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR policies and performance management.
+ Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, handling audits as required.
+ Assist in rolling out HR initiatives, such as training programs, DEI efforts, and culture-building activities.
+ Maintain HR data integrity in systems, generating reports for leadership when needed.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar capacity.
+ Sound knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices.
+ Experience using HRIS software (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
+ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
