HR Generalist
Description We are looking for a Remote HR Generalist to join our team, which is based in Bellevue, Washington. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations. • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on workplace issues and ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. • Administer and maintain HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Rippling Software to streamline processes. • Handle FMLA and other leave management processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with hiring managers and utilizing ATS tools effectively. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements. • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning. • Provide support for training initiatives and employee development programs as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position. • Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Rippling Software. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and benefit functions. • Experience with leave management, including FMLA and other related processes. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Strong analytical and organizational skills to support HR operations and reporting.
