HR Generalist

Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance, enhancing employee relations, and managing benefits administration. Responsibilities:
• Investigate discrepancies between payroll, employee records, benefit providers, and government agencies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee the processing of workers' compensation claims and manage compliance with leave policies, including state-mandated time off requirements.
• Provide support to employees with benefit-related inquiries and assist them in effectively utilizing their benefits.
• Identify and implement new perks and benefits to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Offer guidance and support to management on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting HR initiatives that enhance job satisfaction.
• Ensure that HR programs are aligned with organizational goals and contribute to a conflict-free, efficient workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate HR records and systems, including Workday.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance across all HR functions. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Recent graduates with a strong willingness to learn and grow will also be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal and employee coaching skills.
• Proficiency in HR technology, including experience with systems such as Workday and ADP.
• Strong knowledge of compliance practices and employee relations management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and related processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a hybrid work environment. TalentMatch®
