About the Job:
* Ensure compliance with various laws and company policies.
* Support recruiting, onboarding, and maintain records.
* Coordinate employee recognition programs, provide disciplinary guidance, and maintain personnel files.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendaring, and inbox management.
* Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.

About You:
* 2+ years of HR generalist experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* Proficient in MS Office, UKG, and ADP.
* Outgoing and bubbly personality with a go-getter attitude.
* Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:
* $27/hr-$29/hr while temporary.
* Converts to a salary of $70k-$75k once permanent.
* 100% on-site in Rockville, MD while temporary.
* Potential for hybrid schedule once permanent.
