What is HR Shared Services Team responsible for?HR Shared Services maximizes global HR efficiencies, creates capacity for the HR division, increases process consistency, and enhances employee experience across the enterprise. As the first point of contact for tier-one client needs, the team provides broad support for our technology solutions, as well as operational and business administration services.
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our team in Poland on a 24-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about delivering high-quality support across the employee lifecycle – with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of HR Employee Partner:Core Responsibilities:
You will provide Level 2 support to employees and leaders on policies, procedures, benefits, and HR tools
You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
You will facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires
You will manage leave of absence processes and serve as the main contact
You will oversee residency and visa compliance for foreign employees
You will support offboarding and conduct exit interviews
You will support organizational transitions – including documentation, tracking tools, employee files
You will monitor labor law developments and recommend process updates
HR Optimization & Initiatives:
You will support HR project rollouts and implementations
You will identify and drive process improvements
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?Professional Experience & Languages
3–5 years of HR generalist experience
Solid understanding of Polish labor law
Fluent in Polish and English
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, diplomatic, customer-focused
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Relationship-oriented and effective in multicultural, cross-functional teams
Independent, well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
