HR Sr Coordinator

Summary: Provides HR administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating meetings, interviews, training sessions, and events. Supports daily HR functions related to the interview process, records retention, and associate engagement.

Hours of the role are typically Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm overtime and weekends as needed. This role will be onsite and working either at our Easton or Reynoldsburg Distribution Center supporting our Core HR team. This role is seasonal and estimated time frame will end January 2026 

Essential Job Functions:

1. Administration: Assist Human Resources team with all aspects of general administrative work, which includes maintaining files, managing paperwork, developing spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned.

2.Customer Service: Act as first point of contact for associates regarding human resources and associate relations questions.

3.New hire process: Support the new hire and conversion process by assisting with and/or facilitating new hire and benefits orientations, updating new hire data and files.”

4. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintains meeting agendas; coordinates training sessions and seminars. Lead administration and coordination of specific distribution associate programs, such as Fall Peak Appreciation Program and the Associate Opinion Survey.

5. Performance Management Process Coordination: Coordinates the dissemination, communication, and collection of required forms used in the performance management process.

6. Reporting: Maintains associate records and ensures compliance with employment requirements; produces and submits reports on HR-supported activities.

7. Investigations: As part of associate related issues, being able to do start investigations, and partner with Operations and other HR partners on decisions and outcomes.

• Software Applications: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, database and internet applications.

• Customer Service Skills: Proven customer service skills.

• Confidentiality: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality on work-related issues.

• Organization and Planning: Advanced organizational and planning skills. Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. Proven ability to coordinate activities.

• Matrix Management: Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.

• Self-Management: Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, ability to be detailed-oriented and consistently accurate, ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment, and ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures.

Minimum Salary: $23.50
Maximum Salary: $30.87

Qualifications

 

Minimally required Education, Training and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or a combination of education and work experience that yields the minimally required knowledge, skills and abilities

• 1 year of experience providing administrative support in a professional business setting
