HR Director

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the HR function across all subsidiaries within the holding structure Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth and expansion Ensure consistency and standardization of HR policies and practices Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives Oversee HR compliance, governance, and risk management Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning processes Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives Build strong relationships with leadership teams and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree (MBA / HR specialization) is highly preferred Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role Experience working within holding companies, conglomerates, or multi-business environments Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation Strong exposure to diverse industries (e.g., FMCG, retail, services, industrial) is preferred
