HR Director
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join a manufacturing company in Arvada, Colorado. This role requires a strong background in human resources management, including multi-state experience, and a proven ability to lead teams effectively. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving process improvements, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations, including employee relations and benefits administration. • Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and enhance organizational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies across multiple states. • Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 direct reports, supporting their growth and attention to detail. • Drive initiatives to support employee engagement and maintain a compassionate workplace environment. • Manage compensation and benefits programs to align with company objectives. • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. • Support the implementation of HR systems to streamline operations and reporting. • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts with fairness and attention to detail. • Monitor industry trends to ensure HR practices remain competitive and effective. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management. • Proven ability to manage HR operations in a multi-state environment. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. • Expertise in employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. • Solid knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements within an organization. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Familiarity with HR systems and tools for efficient operations.
