HR Director

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization. This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions across employee relations, recruitment, development, compensation, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to both employees and managers.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead employee development initiatives, including training programs and career progression planning.
• Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and effectively administered.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning and performance management.
• Create and maintain HR reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives and align HR practices.
• Lead HR projects, including process improvements and policy implementation, to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
• Expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution and guidance.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on collaboration and strategic planning.
