HR Director
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Director to join our team in Bronx, New York. This leadership role requires someone with extensive experience in employee relations, HR administration, and organizational development to help drive effective human resources strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. • Manage and develop HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management. • Supervise and mentor HR team members, fostering growth and collaboration. • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and retention strategies. • Manage HR systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate records and enhance operational efficiency. • Coordinate benefit programs and ensure employees have access to resources and information. • Monitor HR metrics to evaluate and improve workforce performance and engagement. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, including supervisory responsibilities. • Strong expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software. • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration and onboarding processes. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
