**Job Description:**
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a HR Digital - Data Operations Intern, from May to August 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.
The Intern, HR Data Operations role is responsible for learning general subject matter expertise, and workforce data analysis and maintenance on Workday HR data and integrations, as part of Global Services support, and applying learnings into actual work practice. They will help provide fresh perspectives into existing global HR data practices in Workday, and understand and practice basic business protocols and ways of working.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Learn aboutWorkdayas an HR system, its purpose, and application for J&J, and be able to navigate and perform basic functions on systemtransactionsandbusiness processes.
+ Learn about Global Services as a majororganizationpillar, its purpose, and interactions with other entities.
+ Learn aboutvolume time-sensitive EIB mass uploadprocesses of HRDO,including:checking requests for compliance withmass uploadpolicies, validating mass upload templates, processing mass uploads in Workday, analyzing and resolvingEIB test uploaderrors, reviewing quality control findings,and providing resultsback to requesters, with eventual application into actual work cases.
+ Learn aboutbusiness structure maintenance of positions and supervisory orgunits andmaintaincost center hierarchy structure, with eventual application into actual work cases.
+ Learn aboutvalidatingand handlingrequestsfordataanalysis, corrections, and rescinds, with eventual application into actual work cases.
+ Learn about the Workday Sandboxtest environment, specific behaviors, and get comfortable with usage in preparation for Production applications.
+ Learn about common and basic HRDOIntegrationsmonitoringand error supportbetween Workday and systems such as JJEDS, Aon, and Workday Recruit downstream systems.
+ Learn about and apply standard corporate business practices, protocols, and communications, with general HRDO stakeholders.
+ Ad-hoc responsibilities as would be assigned,e.g.leading and participation inpeopleengagement initiatives.
+ Understandingand continuous learningofJ&J and Global Services operations and standards.
+ Identifyareas for improvement onteam processes and support continuous improvementprojects
**Qualifications**
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
+ Professionalproficiencyon both verbal and written Englishfit to interact with, understand, and be understood bystakeholdersfromdifferent partsof the globe
+ Proficiencyin basic Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
+ Exercise confidentialityin matters of HR data sensitivity
+ Exercise professionalism and understanding of standard business conductand practicesin both in-person and online engagements
+ Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, sound judgment and decision-making skills
+ Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
+ Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguityandfluid situations,withasense of when toresort to pragmatic approachesor defer to superiors’ decisions as necessary
