The Specialist, HRBP – Commercial & Functions plays a critical role in supporting the HR Business Partner team through a variety of human resources and data analytics responsibilities. This position focuses on data entry, validation, reporting, and analysis to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. In addition to data responsibilities, the role contributes to core HR initiatives by assisting with employee relations, policy interpretation, and talent processes, blending analytical expertise with strategic HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain employee data in HRIS and related systems.Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.Generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, diversity metrics).Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to HRBPs and leadership.Support HR dashboards and presentations with data visualization.Partner with HRIS team to troubleshoot data issues and optimize processes.Assist HRBPs with employee relations cases by providing accurate data and documentation.Support talent processes (performance reviews, merit cycles) with data preparation and validation.Participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures when needed.Act as a liaison between HR and other departments for data-driven decision-making.Navigate and develop communications and best-practice sharing across the Corrugated organization to ensure consistency and alignment.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Data Analytics.Possess strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - PowerBi is a plus. 2+ years of experience in HR operations or analytics.Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast-moving, constantly changing environmentProficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, People Soft, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools preferred.Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.Ability to manage confidential information and work collaboratively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
