We are looking for an HR Data & Insights Analyst to join our global P&O (People & Organization) Analytics team. In this role, you will transform complex P&O, financial, and operational data into meaningful insights that shape our people strategy. By combining advanced data analysis with business acumen, you will support human capital planning, enhance the strategic use of metrics, and guide leaders across our business.
You will play a key role in driving data quality, building models and forecasts, developing dashboards, and coaching the P&O community on how to leverage insights for impact.
What are we looking for?Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or an equivalent mix of education and experience).
Experience: At least 5 years in HR reporting, HR analytics, or business/finance analytics.
Data Storytelling: Strong communicator with proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Excel. Skilled in data visualization best practices and standards for business users. Hands-on experience in data cleansing, modeling, and mining.
Analytical Skills: Track record of developing metrics, conducting statistical analysis, and building reliable forecasts.
What will be your key responsibilities?Translate business needs into data requirements by identifying the right data sources and metrics for P&O effectiveness projects and processes.
Apply advanced analytics to provide quantitative insights that highlight organizational challenges, measure efficiency, and demonstrate ROI on key P&O initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders, colleagues, vendors, and leaders to co-create innovative analytical solutions, ensure data quality, and enhance data usage across the organization.
Identify and forecast workforce trends by turning raw data into clear, compelling stories and actionable insights that strengthen people processes.
Build and deliver impactful presentations to educate and engage stakeholders on trends, challenges, and opportunities.
