HR Data Analyst

Summary: Seeking a Human Resources Data Analyst to support the People & Culture team in data analysis, reporting, and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or completed BS/MA Degree in HR, Business, or related field Career focus on Human Resources with emphasis on Data Analysis Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

Passionate about employee experience and data-driven decision-making Highly organized with excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and maintain HR datasets like employee records and engagement surveys Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Analyze workforce data to identify trends in hiring, attrition, DEI, and employee experience Collaborate with stakeholders for data needs and deliver actionable insights Support reporting for Time & Attendance and vacation tracking Translate complex data into clear visualizations for presentations and internal communications

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
