HR Country Partner - Netherlands

Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a Country HR Partner – Netherlands to join our BeNeLux division. This is more than a role, it's an opportunity to play a pivotal role on our Continuous Improvement journey, elevate the employee experience, and influence the future of a high-performing, global organisation.

As we continue our transition to a matrix HR operating model and modernise HR operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with business leaders across functions and regions. Supporting a workforce of fewer than 200 employees in the Netherlands. You will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across a diverse and dynamic employee base.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with local leadership to embed HR strategies that align with ongoing business transformation and organisational priorities.Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence, ensuring compliance with Dutch labour laws, effective engagement with works councils and unions, and adherence to collective bargaining agreements.Support leaders across the business by offering coaching and partnering with Centres of Expertise to drive performance, enhance engagement, and support talent development initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.Play a key role in transitioning to a modern HR operating model, streamlining operational activities, and promoting the adoption of digital HR tools to elevate employee experience.Drive performance management, succession planning, and learning programs that reinforce a culture of accountability, development, and high performance.Equip managers with the tools, coaching, and insights they need to build strong, effective teams and develop their leadership capability.Use data from HR platforms such as Workday and Dovetail to generate actionable insights, track progress, and support evidence-based HR decisions.Take a leading role in cross-functional and regional HR initiatives that deliver innovation, alignment, and continuous improvement across the HR function.

Your profile:

Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree or equivalent HR qualifications preferred.Minimum of 8 years' progressive HR experience with a strong understanding of local employment law, HR disciplines and employment relations profile.Fluency in English and the local language (written and verbal).This role is based in the Netherlands, offering flexibility to work from our Reitscheweg office. Occasional travel to our Belgium office and clinic locations in the Netherlands will be required.A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A change champion with a passion for process improvement and employee experience.
